Aviator Strategies & Tips
No strategy can guarantee wins — Aviator has a 3% house edge. But these approaches help you play smarter, manage your bankroll, and maximise your entertainment value.
Understanding the Odds
Aviator's 97% RTP means that for every R100 wagered across all players over thousands of rounds, R97 is returned as winnings and R3 goes to the house.
Over 100 rounds betting R10 each (R1,000 total), you'd statistically expect to have about R970 remaining. Some sessions you'll win more, others less — that's variance.
Strategy 1: Conservative 1.5x Cash-Out
Cash out at 1.5x every round. With a R10 bet, you win R5 profit each successful round. Statistically, the plane reaches 1.5x about 66% of the time.
Best for: Beginners and small bankrolls. Requires patience but delivers consistent small wins.
Strategy 2: Dual-Bet System
Place two simultaneous bets each round:
Auto cash-out at 1.3x. This bet recovers most losses from rounds where the plane crashes early.
Let it ride to 3x-5x+. This bet chases bigger wins to generate overall profit.
The safe bet creates a safety net while the aggressive bet chases profit. Over time, you need the aggressive bet to hit roughly 1 in 3 rounds to break even.
Strategy 3: Martingale (High Risk)
Double your bet after each loss, return to base bet after a win. Theoretically recovers all losses with one win.
WARNING: This strategy is extremely high-risk. A losing streak of just 7 rounds turns a R10 base bet into R1,280. The bet limit (R2,000) also caps how far you can go. Not recommended for most players.
Strategy 4: Anti-Martingale (Paroli)
Increase your bet after wins, decrease after losses. Ride winning streaks and minimise losing streaks. Set a maximum of 3 consecutive increases, then reset to your base bet.
Strategy 5: Session-Based Play
The most important strategy. Before you start, set three limits:
Walk away when either limit is hit. No exceptions. This single rule prevents most gambling problems.

Using Auto Cash-Out Effectively
Auto cash-out is your most powerful tool. It removes emotion from the equation — no more hesitating at 2x wondering if the plane will keep climbing.
How to Set It Up
On Hollywoodbets, click the "Auto" tab in the bet panel. Enter your target multiplier (e.g., 1.50). Once enabled, the system will automatically cash out your bet when the multiplier reaches that level.

Reading the Game History
The stats panel in Aviator shows previous round results — a scrolling row of multipliers like 1.20x, 3.45x, 1.01x, 8.90x. Many players study these numbers looking for patterns. Here's what you need to know:
What the Stats Panel Shows
You can see the last 20+ round results colour-coded by range (low in one colour, mid-range in another, high multipliers highlighted). Some platforms also show total rounds played, highest multiplier of the session, and a histogram of results.
Gambler's Fallacy Warning: Seeing five low crashes in a row does NOT mean a high multiplier is "due." Each round is independent — the game has no memory. The RNG doesn't compensate for previous results.
How to Use Stats Responsibly
Use the game history for entertainment and to track your own session performance — not to predict future outcomes. If you catch yourself thinking "it's due for a big one," take a break. That's the gambler's fallacy influencing your decisions.
